01 / What we supply

Keep your conveyor moving.

From replacement strands to welded crossbar configurations, our focus is on delivering the chain and assembly your spreader calls for.

01 / CHAIN BY SERIES

Replacement pintle chain

Individual chain strands for spreader conveyors and related equipment. Quote by chain series, required length or link count, and the connecting-link arrangement.

Chain by lengthLink-count matching
02 / SPREADER CONVEYORS

Crossbar chain assemblies

Parallel chain strands joined with steel crossbars to carry salt, sand, or similar material across a hopper conveyor bed. Bar size, spacing, and welded attachment follow the required layout.

03 / REPLACEMENT CONFIGURATIONS

Chain sets & sections

Replacement sets and straight sections quoted to the existing assembly dimensions. Send the equipment reference, strand count, length, and how each section connects.

Configurations shown are product categories for quoting—not a guarantee that every chain, attachment, or assembled length is available from stock.

02 / Chain reference

Common pintle chain series.

Start with the chain number on your existing part or equipment documentation. Matching the chain and the sprocket matters more than the series name alone.

Built around the actual dimensions.

We source chain and support conveyor assembly work for the specified application. For welded crossbars or nonstandard configurations, provide an existing sample or dimensioned layout.

03 / Assembly dimensions

The crossbar layout makes the difference.

A conveyor assembly is more than two lengths of chain. Width, bar size, spacing, and mounting details have to match the spreader before fabrication.

Top-view reference diagram only. Overall width, crossbar length, chain centers, and clearances are different measurements; verify each on the actual equipment.

Three measurements to get started

  • 01 / Conveyor width: inside clearance, overall assembly width, and actual crossbar length. Label each measurement separately.
  • 02 / Chain length: chain series, pin-to-pin pitch, link count, and whether you're measuring an open strand or a complete loop.
  • 03 / Drive sprocket: tooth count, compatible chain series, outside diameter, shaft bore, keyway, hub and set-screw details.

For welded assemblies, include crossbar-to-chain attachment details or an approved drawing. Check dimensions from worn chain against equipment records where possible.

04 / Where they're used

Parts for working spreader fleets.

The right conveyor assembly helps keep material moving through a spreader. Identify the application so we can review the correct chain and fabrication details.

WINTER MAINTENANCE

Salt spreaders & sanders

Replacement chain strands and crossbar conveyor arrangements for hopper-style spreaders used by municipal, highway, and commercial snow-removal fleets.

  • Hopper and conveyor dimensions
  • Spreader manufacturer and model
  • Chain series, bar configuration and sprocket match
OTHER EQUIPMENT INQUIRIES

Agricultural & industrial conveying

We can review specifications for selected non-snow applications where pintle chain or a crossbar assembly may be appropriate.

  • Material being carried and operating load
  • Operating speed and environment
  • Equipment drawing and chain requirements

Suitability of any chain or assembly for a specific load or nonstandard application is evaluated case by case. No load rating is implied by the series examples above.

05 / Replacement planning

Don't overlook the rest of the drive.

When replacing a worn conveyor chain, also inspect the sprockets, bearings, take-up adjustment, alignment, and steel crossbars. Worn chain can measure longer than its original pitch.

01
Identify the chain

Find the series or part number. Photograph a link, drive sprocket and full conveyor arrangement.

02
Measure the assembly

Confirm link count, pitch, width, crossbar size and spacing, and attachment configuration.

03
Request a replacement quote

Send quantity, required configuration, and delivery ZIP. We confirm material and assembly availability with pricing.

Wholesale & dealer inquiries

Need conveyor chains? Let's quote the right assembly.

Send an existing part number, a chain list, or measurements of the conveyor. We review your requirements and quote replacement chain, sections, or assembled crossbar layouts where suitable.

A photo of the chain, sprocket, and full spreader bed is helpful if you do not have a drawing.

  • Chain series, link pitch, and link count / length
  • Spreader make, model, and part number
  • Number of strands and finished assembly width
  • Crossbar size, spacing, and attachment arrangement
  • Sprocket details and connecting-link requirements
  • Quantity and delivery ZIP code
Frequently asked questions

Ordering conveyor chain.

Do you supply chain only, or complete crossbar assemblies?

We review requests for individual pintle chain strands, replacement sections, and crossbar conveyor assemblies. Send the chain series and required crossbar layout so we can confirm what is available and what assembly work is needed.

Can I order by chain series alone?

A series number is a useful starting point, but pitch, link geometry, connecting method and sprocket compatibility still need to match. The safest reference is a part number or a dimensioned sample.

Can you match an existing conveyor assembly?

Yes, we can review a manufacturer part number, drawing, or clear photographs with measurements. Include overall width, bar size and spacing, the chain layout and connecting details.

Why does my old chain measure longer than expected?

Pin and link wear can increase the measured pitch over time. If available, use the original equipment specification rather than relying solely on measurements from a heavily worn chain.

Do you offer sprockets for spreader chains?

We also list replacement spreader sprockets, including selected 667X and 662 configurations. Tooth count, bore, hub and chain compatibility must be matched before ordering. Explore sprockets and spinner discs.
